Gage stormed into the UWA and dazzled fans with his lightening-fast speed and high-flying spectacles quickly becoming a fan favorite. In the summer of 2005 Gage earned the two biggest victories of his career back-to-back beating Scott Slavins in their Best of 5 Series and then being the man to finally dethrone Calypso of the UWA Undisputed Championship the next night. Gage would suffer from a string of bad luck throughout his career though, being stripped of the title after he was sidelined with an injury quickly after winning the championship. Gage would never regain the Undisputed Championship but went on to become the UWA Tag Team Champion with Scott Slavins under the name of The New AAR. Gage spent his final months in UWA feuding with then-Undisputed Champion Calypso culminating in an outstanding last man standing match in March that saw Gage nearly win the title. Gage's last match saw him win the first ever Money in the Bank ladder match but he was forced to retire due to nagging injuries in May 2007, ending the career of one of UWA's most beloved wrestlers.
